摘　　要：开发了一种炼油厂电脱盐装置用破乳剂ZYEB-1,该剂不仅能够满足中原炼油厂电脱盐装置的各项工艺技术指标,而且具有注入水用量低、脱出水含油量低的优点。该剂能够有效降低电脱盐装置的负荷。ZYEB-1破乳剂的使用取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。The demulsifying agent ZYEB-1 used in electric demineralization units of oil refineries have been developed, the agent not only can meet all the process technology specifications of the electric demineralization unit of Zhongyuan Refinery, but also has the advantages of low water injection quantity and low oil content in the water after removal. The agent can efficiently decrease the load of the electric demineralization unit.Both he economic benefit and social benefit have been gained by use of demulsifying agent ZYEB-1.
