摘 要:通过微波辐射方法,以粗孔硅胶为硅源,偏铝酸钠为铝源,四乙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,合成了纳米级β- 沸石。研究凝胶组成和辐射条件对合成β-沸石的影响。表征了不同硅铝比Hβ-沸石的酸性和结构特征。结果表明: 初始n(Al2O3):n(SiO2)对β-沸石晶化的影响较水的影响大,微波法合成β-沸石相对结晶度高于90%,而模板剂用量比传统水热法低10%以上。最佳合成条件是pH为10,辐射温度140℃,辐射时间60min。The nanometer β- zeolite was synthesized using silica gel as silica source, sodium metaaluminate as aluminum source and tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide as an organic template by microwave irradiation. The effects of the sol composition and the irradiation condition on the synthesized β- zeolite were studied. The acidity and structure characters of Hβ- zeolites with different n(SiO2): n(Al2O3)were characterized. The results show that the effect of initial n(Al2O3) : n(SiO2) on the crystallization of β- zeolite is bigger than that of water. The relative crystallinity of β- zeolite synthesized by microwave irradiation is higher than 90%. The dose of organic template by microwave radiation method is 10% less than that by the conventional method. The optimum synthesis condition is that pH is equal to 10 , radiation temperature and time are 140℃ and 60 rain respectively.
