摘 要:目的:建立川木香的质量标准。方法:采用硝酸银薄层和HPLC法对川木香进行了定性、定量分析。薄层色谱条件:2.5%硝酸银薄层板,展开剂环己烷-乙酸乙酯-丙酮(8∶1∶1),喷5%香草醛-浓硫酸溶液在105℃烘至显色。定量分析:色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),检测波长220nm。结果:采用硝酸银薄层鉴别的分离效果明显优于硅胶G薄层。含量测定中去氢木香内酯的平均回收率为97.51%;RSD值为2.38%。结论:所建立的定性鉴别和定量方法可用于控制川木香的质量。Objective: To establish the Quality Standard of Radix Vladimiriae. Methods: The quality was determined by TLC and the content was determined by HPLC. The conditions of TLC were: the 2.5% silver nitrate folium, developer agent: cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - acetone (8 : 1 : 1 ) ; Developer: the solution of 5 % vaniUic aldehyde - concentrated sulfuric acid, displaying color in 105℃. The conditions of HPLC were: C18 eolunm, methanol - water (70 :30) as the mobile phase, wavelength set at 220nm. Results: The TLC indicated that in the silver nitrate folium, the separate level of eostunolide and dehydrocostuslactone was higher than that in the silica gel folium. In the content determi- nation, the average recovery of dehydrostuslaetone was 97.51% (RSD = 2.38%). Conclusion: This article established the methods of TLC and HPLC for Radix Vladimiriae, which could be used for controlling the quality of Radix Vladimiriae.
