摘  要:准时生产系统(JIT)深深根植于其产生的环境中,要成功地实施准时生产制,需要创造其实施的环境条件,并结合自身的文化环境特点有所裁剪地使用。成功实施的前提是对准时生产系统的运行环境充分分析了解。任何想导入准时生产系统的中国企业,首先要考虑其采用的可能性。采用意味着选择,选择可以由环境来完成,也可以由人来完成,或者由环境和人共同完成。我们需要在日本管理体系和准时生产系统特点中选择那些适合中国环境的因素。The Just-in-Time system is deeply rooted in the surroundings of its birthplace. It is necessary to create the surrounding conditions for its enforcement and creatively apply it in combination with the features of its cultural context so that the system can be successfully enforced. The prerequisite for its success is a complete understanding of the operating conditions of this system. Any Chinese enterprises wanting to adopt this system is to consider the possibility of this adoption. Adoption means choices, which may be made by surroundings or by personnel or jointly by the two factors. It is a must to choose the factors suitable for our Chinese context from the general Japanese management system, and this particular Just-in-Time system.
