降压脉净液治疗高血压病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察降压脉净液的降压作用和对高血压病患者的血脂以及内皮素(ET)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、降钙素基因相关肽(CRGP)等影响。方法将高血压病患者78例随机分为治疗组(予硝苯地平加降压脉净液)和对照组(单纯予硝苯地平)。观察治疗4周前后血压、血脂、ET、SOD、CRGP的变化。结果①两组的血压治疗后均降低,但治疗组的舒张压明显低于对照组(P<0.001);②治疗组胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均比治疗前有所下降(P<0.001和P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白对照组治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且与治疗组比较亦降低(P<0.05);③治疗组ET疗后较疗前降低(P<0.01),与对照组疗后比较亦降低(P<0.001);④治疗组SOD疗后较疗前升高(P<0.01);⑤治疗组CRGP疗后较疗前升高(P<0.05);与对照组疗后比较亦有升高(P<0.01)。结论降压脉净液对血压、血脂均有降低作用,其作用机制可能与降低ET、升高SOD和CRGP有关。Objective To observe the effect of Jiangyanmaijing Solution on the level of blood lipid, endothelin （ET）, serum superoxide dismutase （SOD） and calcitonin related gene peptide （CRGP） of patient with hypertension. Method To divide randomly 78 cases of hypertension into the treatment group （treated with Nifedipin and Jiangyanmaijing Solution） and the control group （treated with Nifedipin only）. The changes of indexes, such as blood pressure, levels of blood lipid, ET, SOD and CRGP were observed before and after 4-week treatment. Results （1） Blood pressure decreased in two groups before and after the treatment, but the diastolic pressure of the treatment group was lower obviously than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. （2） The levels of cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein （LDL） in the treatment group were lower after the treatment than before the treatment （P〈0.001 and P〈0.05）. The level of high-density of lipoprotein （HDL） in the control group was lower after the treatment than before the treatment （P〈0.05） and lower too than that of the treatment group （P〈0105）. （3） The level of ET in the treatment group was lower after the treatment group than before the treatment （P〈0.01） and lower too than that of the control group （P〈0.001）. （4） The level of SOD in the treatment group was lower after the treatment than before the treatment （P〈0.05）. （5） The level of CRGP in the treatment group was higher after the t reatment than before the treatment （P〈0.05） and higher too than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Jiangyamaijing Solution can decrease the blood pressure and the level of blood lipid. The mechanism maybe related to that it can decrease ET level and increase CRGP and SOD levels.
