化浊养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化浊养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法将确认为CAG的患者随机分为治疗组(运用化浊养胃汤治疗)和对照组(用养胃颗粒治疗),用药6个月后做对照观察。结果总有效率治疗组93.3%,对照组73.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组对胃黏膜腺体萎缩改善作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化浊养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of Huazhuoyangwei Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Method To divide randomly patients with diagnosed CAG into the treatment group （n=60, treated with Huazhuoyangwei Decoction） and the control group （n=60, treated with Yangwei Granules）, and then compare and observe the curative effect after 6 months. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% and that of the control group was 73.3 %. The comparison between two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group the relief of glandular atrophy of gastric mucosa was much better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huazhuoyangwei Decoction has an obvious curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis.
