摘　　要：本文从中国传统文化出发,对“休闲”内涵给出了具有人类学意义的定义,论证了休闲人与自身以及与自然和谐的内在机制。the paper arrive at an anthropologic definition of recreation from the traditional Chinese culture and explore the underlying mechanism through which the human obtain its harmonization with themselves and with the nature.
