摘  要:以微波为热源,优质无烟煤为原料,KOH为活化剂制备超级电容器用高比表面积活性炭电极材料。研究结果表明:KOH与无烟煤按3:1的质量比混合,微波辐射7分钟时,制备的活性炭单电极比电容量达 301F/g。讨论了微波辐射时间,活化剂与无烟煤质量比对活性炭比电容的影响。考察了以该活性炭为电极材料的超级电容器的充放电性能。using microwave as the heat source,anthracite as the raw material,KOH as catalyst to prepare supercapacitor with activated carbon. The study proved that when the mass ratio of the KOH and anthracite is 3 : 1,microwave radiate 7 minute,the single electrode specific capacitance of the prepared activated carbon is reach to 301F/g. The effect of microwave radiation time,the mass ratio of the KOH and anthracite to the specific capacitance of the prepared activated carbon were discussed. The performance of the supercapacitor prepared with activated carbon as the electrode material was also studied.
