经尿道前列腺电切术病人舒适护理的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨将舒适护理运用到经尿道前列腺电切手术病人中,使其更加安全、舒适地接受手术。方法:分析影响病人舒适度的因素,对68例病人采取心理、生理等方面相应的舒适护理措施。结果:改善了病人心理、生理上的不适,减少了手术并发症的发生,为手术的顺利进行创造了良好的条件。结论:将舒适护理运用到经尿道前列腺电切术中,满足了病人对舒适的需要,更好地发挥了手术室护士的角色功能,提高了护理质量。Objective ：Probe into the effect of using comfortable nursing in patients with TURP. Method ：Analyse the factors of influnee patient＇s comfortable,68 patients were accepted mental and physiology nursing countermeasures. Result：After using comfortable nursing, patient＇s mental and physidogy discomfort has improved, the complication has reduced ,and created a good condition for the operation could complete successful. Conclusion： Using comfortable nursing during TURP could meent the demands of the patients and improving the quality of nursing.
