摘　　要：政治文化的传统、现状与发展对公民的政治参与实践有很大的影响。我们要完善社会主义民主政治,促进我国公民政治参与实践的发展与成熟,就必须充分认识和有效消解传统政治文化的负面影响,并继承传统政治文化的有益内核,培育与发展现代参与型政治文化。The tradition, the present situation and the development of the political culture tremendously influence the citizen＇s political participation practice. If we will perfect socialism democratic politics and promote the development and maturity of the practice of our country＇s citizen＇s political participation, we must fully understand and effectively dispel the negative influences of the traditional political culture , inherit the beneficial essence of the traditional political ctdture, cultivate and develop modem participating political culture.
