论参政党的政党意识与角色定位

摘　　要：坚持中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度,这是确定政党意识内涵和角色的基础和前提。作者以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,将政党意识内涵归纳为政治意识、民主意识、责任意识、忧患意识、大局意识和进步意识六个方面;并以履行参政党的三大基本职能为前提,从四个大的方面对参政党的角色进行了科学定位,使政党意识的基本内涵通过政党定位而得到全面体现。Sticking to the systems of multi - party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the basis and prerequisite for the determination of the connotation and role of party consciousness. Under the guidance of the important thought of the Three Represents, this article makes a summary of connotations of party consciousness in the six aspects of political consciousness, democratic consciousness, responsibility consciousness, suffering consciousness, overall situation consciousness. With regard to the prerequisite of enforcing the three basic functions of the participating part, it proposes to realize the scientific role placement of the political participating party in four great aspects so that the basic connotation of the party consciousness could be embodied on the whole through the proper orientation of parties.
