摘　　要：目前的技术哲学研究较少涉及技术创新的哲学研究,绝大部分技术哲学研究者都只是对“技术”,而不是对“技术创新”展开哲学研究。实际上,技术哲学应首先关注技术创新的哲学问题,它既是技术创新理论与实践发展的迫切需要,也是技术哲学乃至哲学发展的要求。从技术创新与技术的关系来看,要真正揭示出技术的哲学本质,必须从揭示技术创新的哲学本质入手。Present lesearehes on the philosophy of technology seldom touches upon technological innovation since most researchers are only interosted in ＂technology＂ instead of ＂technological innovation＂. In fact, philosophy of technology ought to first deal with technological innovation, which is an urgent necessity for the development of the theory and practice of technological innovation as well as the demand for the development of the philosophy of teehnology and philosophy as a whole. In view of the relationship between technological innovation and technology, to debunk the philosophical essence of technological innovation means to thoroughly disclose the philosophical essence of technology.
