摘　　要：主编《北斗》是丁玲由“同路人”转变为革命的“螺丝钉”的开始。文章通过考察其由一位20年代末以出版同人期刊书籍为乐的女编辑,到担任左联机关刊物《北斗》主编这一身份转换中自我认知历程,探讨了丁玲新的“角色知觉”的觉醒与“角色适应”之间复杂矛盾的精神世界。Working as the chief editor of Northern Star symbolized the beginning of Ding Ling＇s transformation from the role of ＂fellow travder＂ to the role of revolutionary ＂screw - driver. ＂ Through the observation on her self - awareness in the progress of identity transformation from the woman editor, who took delight in the publications in the journal of Fellow Travelers during the late 20S, to the chief editor of the Northern Star, the organ of the Left - winged Writers＇Union, this article offers a probe of the ideological world of complicated contradictions between the awakening of her new ＂role consciousness＂ and the ＂role adaptation. ＂
