摘  要:利用自行研制的一炉双流连续定向凝固设备,以纯铝为原料,对导致连续定向凝固过程不能稳定进行的各种因素进行了较为系统的研究,给出了实验方法,并对实验中常出现的问题提出了相应的解决措施,进而得出稳态下铸锭的表面状态及凝固组织。With pure AI as raw material, a variety of factors which cause the process of two-flow continuous unidirectional solidification not to go on steadily were systematically studied by using the self-designed and built two-flow continuous unidirectional solidification device for one furnace. The paper presented test methods and offered solving measures in response to problems occurred to experiments. As the result, surface state and solidifications were obtained from ingot in stability.
