摘  要:目的调查近年来临床标本中溶血葡萄球菌迅速增多,而金黄色葡萄球菌显著减少的原因。方法使用生物化学和分子生物学的方法对临床分离的74株溶血葡萄球菌重新进行鉴定。结果74株溶血葡萄球菌经传代培养后,有6株的血浆凝固酶、甘露糖和甘露醇等试验由阴性转变为阳性;PCR检测后,有15株细菌显示金黄色葡萄球菌种特异性基因(nuc和coa)阳性。结论临床标本中葡萄球菌菌种构成比的变迁与部分细菌生化反应改变而导致的菌种鉴定错误有关,使用某些作用于细胞壁的抗生素可能是其原因之一。Objective To investigate the phenomenon of the increasing rate of staphylococcus heamolyticus while the decreasing rate of staphylococcus aureus in clinical specimens. Methods The biochemical and molecular biological methods were used to Reappraise the 74 strains of staphylococcus heamolyticus. Results 74 strains of staphylococcus heamolyticus were inoculated on blood agar for one week,plasma-coagulase, carubinose, mannitol of 6 strains were converted from negative to positive; nuc and coa genes of 15 strains were positive by PCR. Conclusions The change of biological characteristic of staphylococcus aureus will cause wrong identifications and relative to the change of ratio of staphylococcal species in clinical specimens. Using the antibiotics maybe one of the reasons.
