摘　　要：目的评价冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗在人群接种的安全性。方法采用现场实验之流行病学研究方法。结果46039名接种对象中,接种反应率为149·87/10万,症状主要有发热、乏力、皮疹、食欲不振,所有病例出现的身体不适均迅速消失。结论冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗是一种安全性较高的疫苗,适于人群大规模接种。Objective To evaluate the security of freeze - drying live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine in mass inoculation. Methods Field epidemiologieal methods were used in the observation. Results The reaction rate of vaccination in the 46 039 persons of immunization was 149.87 per 100 000,and the nmin manifestations were pyrexia,lassltude, rash and lost of appetite. All of the reported eases were not serious and the side effects soon disappeared. Conclusion The freeze - drying live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine is a vaccines of high safety and suitable for large scale vaccination.
