摘　　要：目的检验微柱凝胶试验在交叉配血、抗体检测中的实用价值。方法利用微柱凝胶试验与常规试验对12934人进行交叉配血，其中16次交叉配血复查和抗体筛查，比较二者的优缺点。结果微柱凝胶试验灵敏度较常规检测法灵敏度高2—6个滴度。结论微柱凝胶试验检出免疫性抗体的特异性强，灵敏度高，且简便快速，在临床输血中有推广应用价值。Objective To discuss the value of microcolumn gel test in blood cross matching and antibody detection. Methods The advantages and disadvantages of microcolumn gel test and the runtime test in blood matching of 12 934 samples and antibody selection were compared and analyzed. Results Microcolumn gel test was 2 to 6 titre more sensitive than that of the runfime test. Conclusion The microcolumn gel test is specific, sensitive, simple and rapid in detection of antibody and it is of great value in use of clinical transfusion.
