摘　　要：本文总结我厂流浆法硅酸钙板投产六年来的生产经验，本着优质、高产、低耗的设想，从工艺上对各工序出现的问题和不合理之处作了剖析，并提出解决办法和合理化建议。The production cxperience in the past 6 years since our plant started the production of slurry calcium silicate boards is summarized in this paper. On the basis of the ideas of top quality,high quantity and low consumption,the problems and irrational portions in each process are analyzed technologically and the solutions and rationalization proposals are put forward.
