摘　　要：文章主要阐述了数字档案馆的涵义及建设数字档案馆必备的条件,并结合我国的实际情况论述了如何建设适合我国国情的数字档案馆。The paper expounds the implication of digital archives and necessary conditions and discusses the construction of domestic digital archives adaptable to our national conditions.
