寿聪胶囊对小鼠肝肾功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究寿聪胶囊(SCP)对小鼠肝肾功能的影响。方法:通过灌胃给小鼠1日内最大质量浓度及最大体积的药量,连续用药1周,观察动物一般行为、进食量变化和肝肾功能改变。结果:寿聪胶囊用药后,除小鼠进食量减少、精神较差外,寿聪胶囊对血清Cr、BUN、AST、ALT未见明显影响。结论:寿聪胶囊在较大剂量连续用药后对小鼠肝肾功能未见明显影响。Objective： To investigate the effects of SCP on hepatorenal function of mice . Methods： Mice were fed with the maxium concentration and the maxium volume Shoucong Capsule（SCP）, and were observed for one week. During the experimental period,these mice were kept under close observation on the general behavior, the quality of taken food and hepatorenal function. Results： Following feeding with SCP, all the experimental animals showed reduced diet, poorer mind. No significant efffects were seen on the serum levels of Cr, BUN,AST and ALT. Conclusion：SCP has no signicant effects on hepatorenal function when used in a higher dosage for a continuous period of time.
