摘  要:利用概率理论对剃齿夹具误差进行合成,利用3D—MAX软件进行剃齿过程的三维动态模拟仿真,对传统型及新型剃齿夹具的功能、结构、工艺性、可靠性进行了研究。设计制造出的套简式剃齿夹具不仅具有很高的定位精度,而且在刚性、寿命、可靠性方面均优于现行的各类剃齿夹具,应用于生产实践,使剃齿精度提高1—2级,大大降低齿轮副的传动误差。The errors of fixture for gear shaving are synthesized by using probability. The functions, structures, qualities of the techniques and reliabilities of the traditional and advanced fixtures for gear shaving are dynamically emulated by using 3D - MAX. The advanced tubular fixture for gear shaving not only has good positioning accuracy, but also excel all kinds of popular fixtures for gear shaving in rigidity, life and reliability. If it were taken into application, one to two precision class of gear shaving would be improved; errors of gear fits would be deeply reduced.
