摘　　要：用MasterCAM的二次开发工具C-Hooks对其进行了二次开发。建立了描述MasterCAM刀具库文本文件中刀具参数的数据结构,开发了能自动从刀具库中获取刀具参数,再把这些参数按照规定的格式写入到MasterCAM刀具库文本文件中的C-Hook应用程序,给出了程序的流程。实现了CIMS中MasterCAM与刀具库的集成。MasterCAM was further developed with its custom - made applications C - Hooks. Data structures were established to represent tool -parameters in MasterCAM＇s tool -libraries text -files. The C -Hook executable file was achieved. Tool - parameters were automatically obtained from tool - database and exported to MasterCAM＇s tool -libraries text- files according to prescriptive format. Flow -chart was presented. MasterCAM/tool- database integration is realized in CIMS.
