摘　　要：双控法以建筑结构理论和模糊综合评判理论为依据,利用位移与荷载的协调性,实现建筑物顶升纠偏过程中结构变形的严格控制,从而完成建筑物纠倾扶正的目的。笔者主要介绍双控法的基本要点、双控量值的确定方法。通过工程实例及用ANSYS对顶升纠偏的过程进行模拟,进一步证明双控法用于病害工程的顶升纠偏是行之有效和切实可行的方法。Based on building structural theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, double control method uses the displacement and load harmony to strictly control the structural deformation in building uplifting and rectification process to accomplish the treatment. The key point and determination values of the double control method are introduced. The method and the result are proved effective and realizable by the engineering test and ANSYS simulating the treatment process.
