摘　　要：介绍了三聚氯氰生产PLC控制系统的组成、功能及设计方案.基于低成本自动化的原则,采用两级式分布监控结构,为三聚氯氰生产设计了工业控制计算机+PLC模式的控制系统.经1年多的实践检验,表明该系统设计合理,操作方便,运行安全、可靠,保证了三聚氯氰生产的安全平稳操作.The configuration, function and design scheme of PLC control system for production of Cyanuric Chloride are introduced. Adopting a two-hierarchical supervision ＆ control strategy, industrial control computer and PLC are designed for control system for production of Cyanuric Chloride. The reasonable design scheme, high reliability and convenient operability have been demonstrated by industry application of the system, and the produce and operation safety is ensured.
