摘  要:研究了镀银玻璃微珠的用量、硅烷偶联剂的种类及用量等对硅橡胶硫化胶导电性能和力学性能等方面的影响。结果表明,采用乙烯基三过氧叔丁基硅烷(VTPS)对镀银玻璃微珠表面进行预处理,可以改善胶料的混炼工艺,也可以提高硫化胶的力学性能、导电性能和导电稳定性能;添加180份VTPS处理的镀银玻璃微珠,导电硅橡胶体积电阻率小于0.01Ω.cm。The effects of the dosage of silver plated glass Beads, the varieties and dosage of silane coupler on the conductive and mechanical properties of conductive silicone rubber filled with silverplated glass beads were studied. The results showed that the mixing process of the mixture was improved and the mechanical properties, conduction and conductive stability of the vulcanizate were all developed by using silver-plated glass beads treated with VTPS; the volume resistivity was less than 0. 01Ω· cm by adding 180 phr silver-plated glass beads.
