摘 要:用熔融共混法制得了聚烯烃类弹性体(POE)/PP共混体系,研究了不同橡塑比对体系力学性能的影响;考察了不同填料(CaCO3,滑石粉.炭黑)对POE/PP复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:在共混比为60/40-70/30时,体系的综合性能较佳。加入的填料均使材料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降,硬度上升。The POE/PP composite was made through melt blending. The effect of the ratio of rubber and plastics, as well as different fillers (CaCO3, talcum powder, carbon black) on mechanical properties of POE/PP was studied. The results showed that the optimal mechanical properties of POE/PP was obtained when the rate of rubber and plastics was between 60/40 and 70/30. The tensile strength and elongation at break were decreased with increasing the loading of the fillers while the hardness was increased.
