醒脑益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠大脑皮质及海马区nNOS表达的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察醒脑益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠大脑皮质及海马区nNOS表达的影响，以研究其作用效果反机制。方法：将Wistar大鼠随机分为6组，按文献复制AD大鼠模型，并用脑复康组进行对比研究。结果：与模型组相比差异有显著意义，P〈0．05～0．10；与阳性对照组相比差异有显著意义，P〈0．05。结论：醒脑益智方能改善模型大鼠海马区NOS神经元的损伤，激活cNOS的活性，促进NO的合成，改善记忆调节过程，可能是本方治疗AD的作用机制之一。Objective：To ohserve the effect of Xingnao Yizhi Prescription on nNOS Reaction of cerebral cortex and hippocampal ares of senile dementia model rats,so as to study the action effect and mechanism of the prescription.Method：The Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups.The senile dementia model rats were duplicated according to the literature.Naofukang group were used to have a comparative research.Results：Compared with the model group,it has a remarkable difference（P〈0.05-0.01）.Compared with the positive controlled group,there was a significant difforence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xingnao Yizhi Prescription can improve the neuronal demage of the hippocampal area of the model rats,Stimulate the activity of cNOS,improve the composition of NO and improve the regulating process of memory,which is perhaps the reaction mechanism of Xingnao Yizhi Prescription to senile dementia.
