摘  要:目的:调查城乡社区群体对STD/AIDS知识的认知程度及对该方面知识的需求和需求方式,根据需求进行STD/AIDS及相关知识干预并对干预效果进行评价研究。方法:采用整群抽样,由医务人员对被抽取调研群体进行一对一填写问卷的方法对城乡5个社区11936例群体进行干预前后2次抽样问卷调查。结果:城乡被调研群体对STD/AIDS及相关知识知晓率干预前后存在显著差异(P<0·01),尤其是25岁以下年龄段群体差异最大。干预前后群体对STD/AIDS及相关知识的需求均迫切。结论:通过社区干预提高群体对STD/AIDS及相关知识的认知率效果显著,有利于控制STD/AIDS的发病和蔓延。Objective: To investigate the cognitive degree of STD/AIDS as well as the demand and demand ways on this aspect knowledge in urban and rural communities. According to the demands, carried on STD/AIDS and relevant knowledge intervening. Then compare the cognitive degree before and after intervention. Methods: The investigators make the interviewees fill in the questionnaires, 11936 samples of 5 communities were collected before and after the intervention twice. Results: There are remarkable difference of the cognition degree to STD/AIDS and relevant knowledge before and after intervention, e specially in the crowds under the age of 25, in which the difference is the greatest. The demand for STD/AIDS as well as relevant knowledge is urgent before and after intervention. Conclusion: It is remarkable to improve the cognition rate of STD/AIDS by intervening through the communities. Intervening through the communities is help to control the emergence of STD/AIDS and its spread.
