摘　　要：目的:探讨超声检查对幼少女妇科病的临床应用及诊断分析。方法:对1148例幼少女盆腔肿块的超声诊断与临床、手术、病理作回顾性分析。结果:与妊娠相关884例、生殖道肿瘤99例、炎症72例、囊肿52例、生殖道发育异常21例、生殖道外盆腔肿块20例。结论:应重视幼少女盆腔超声检查,以提高幼少女妇科病的诊断。Objective： To explore the clinical application and analysis of uhrasonographic diagnosis in children and adolescents with gynecologic diseases. Methods： The ultrasonographic diagnosis, clinical diagnosis, surgical diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis of 1 184 cases children and adolescents with pelvic mass were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The results showed pregnancy - associated diseases in 884 cases, genital neoplasm in 99 cases, genital inflammation in 72 cases, cyst in 52 eases, genital dysplasia in 21 cases and pelvic mass outside genital tract in 20 cases. Conclusion： A great attention should be paid to the ultrasonographic diagnosis in children and adolescents with pelvic mass, in order to improve the diagnostic level of children and adolescents with gynecologic diseases.
