腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术(罗湖术式)43例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术在先天性无阴道治疗中的临床应用效果。方法：43例先天性无阴道患者施行腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术（罗湖术式）后追踪观察其效果。结果：42例手术成功，1例改行经腹乙状结肠阴道成形术，手术时间平均72min，出血50m1，随访2-30月，见腹部切口美观，人工阴道生长良好，32例有性生活，其中31例性生活满意。结论：腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术创伤小、操作简单、容易掌握，形成的人工阴道在解剖上、生理上接近正常阴道。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of utilize and effect in the reconstructed vagina with peritoneum by peritoneoscopy. Methods： 43 cases with congenital absence of vagina were investigated, they were reconstructed vagina with peritoneum by peritoneoscopy （ LUOHU operation ） . To observe their results. Results： 42 cases were succeeded but only one case was conversed to conducting vaginoplasty of sigmoid under laparotomy. The average operating time is 72 rain. The average bleeding volume is 50 ml. Through the follow - up of 2 to 30 months, the artificial vagina was grow well. 32 cases have sex life, among them, 31 cases sex life was satisfaction. Conclusion： The reconstructed vagina with peritoneum by peritoneoscopy is minimaliy invasive and the surgery appears to be simple. The appearance and function of ＂artificial vagina＂ after surgery is similar to normal vagina.
