摘  要:目的:观察+G z暴露对大鼠大脑皮层HSP70蛋白表达水平的影响,探讨+G z暴露致脑损伤的机理。方法:100只SD大鼠随机分为对照组,+2 G z暴露组,+6 G z暴露组,+10 G z暴露组,各组在G暴露后的6 h、1、2、4、6 d处死,免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠脑皮层HSP70蛋白表达情况,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:3个+G z暴露组的HSP70蛋白表达水平均显著高于对照组;不同G值之间的比较表明,+6 G z组HSP70蛋白表达水平最高,+10 G z组最低。结论:+G z暴露对大鼠大脑皮层HSP70蛋白表达水平有显著影响。Objective: To observe the changes of expression level of HSP70 protein in rat cortex after exposure to +Gz and investigate the mechanism of brain injury induced by +Gz exposure. Methods: A total of 100 rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, +2Gz group, +6Gz group and +10Gz group. The rats were killed at 6h, 1d, 2d, 4d and 6d after exposure and the changes of HSP70 protein expression level were measured With immunohistochemical technology. Results: The HSP70 protein expression level of +Gz exposure groups were significantly higher than that of control group. The highest expression level was in +6Gz group and the lowest was in +10Gz group. Conclusion: Effect of +Gz exposures on the expression of HSP70 protein in rat cortex is significant.
