摘  要:剥离型膜体压制去污技术是处置核事故、放射性恐怖“脏弹”爆炸后果有效的技术手段之一,压制去污材料与其相应的作业机械构成了压制去污技术的组成部分.本文分析了压制去污剂吸附放射性颗粒和消除放射性沉降物的机理,介绍了压制去污剂溶液的制备方法和配比.并对水溶性剥离型压制去污剂产品的去污效果、环境影响指数、与现有装备的适配性以及膜体的机械力学性能等进行了现场测试.测试结果表明:水溶性压制去污剂对放射性污染的水泥表面和粗糙铁块一次平均去污率可达88%以上,对环境无影响,满足现有装备的作业要求,形成的膜体机械力学性能也满足机械化回收的设计要求,是一种良好的压制消除材料.Peeled-up coating pressing and decontaminated technology is one of virtual technique measures that treat radioactive results of nuclear accident and horrific "dirty bomb". decontaminated materials and its exercise machines are important parts decontaminated technology. The paper analyses contamination mechanism that Pressing of pressing the water-solubility pressing decontaminated sloution materials adsorb radioactive granule and clear-up radioactive fallout, introduces preparation method and compound proportionment about the water-solubility pressing decontaminated sloution, site-tests the water-solubility pressing decontaminated sloution decontamination effect, environmental influencing factor, suitable quality to in-existence equipment and mechanical mechanics capability of forming membrane. Testingas results make known that there is 88 percent of once average decontamination ratio that radioactive fallout on concrete or coarse iron plate layer is cleared-up by the water-solubility pressing decontaminated sloution and using the materials is no influence to environment, satisfy in-existence equipmen, mechanical capability of the solution forming membrane also satisfy mechanization callout in design. It is concluded that the water-solubility pressing decontaminated sloution is a better sort of pressing decontaminated material.
