摘  要:研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定水中微量砷和硒的条件及方法.结果表明,检出限砷为0.0315μg/L,硒为0.0326μg/L,11次测定的相对标准偏差为0.37%~0.61%;标准回收率砷为97.5%~101.2%;硒为95.9%~102.8%.方法简便、快速、灵敏,适于生活饮用水、地表水和水源水中微量砷、硒的同时测定.A convenient and rapid method for trace of As and Se were determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) in running water. The results show that: ( 1 ) the detection limits of this method were 0.031 3μg/L (As) and 0. 038 2μg/L (Se) respectively; (2) the relative standard deviation was 0. 37% -0. 61% (n = 11) , and the recovery was 97.5% - 101.2% (As) and 95.7% - 102.6% (Se) respectively. The method can be a useful tool on determining As and Se in running water, land-surface water and source water.
