摘 要:目的观察中药抗疲1号对训练大鼠急进高原模型的肝脏组织糖原分布及代谢功能的影响,研究训练对大鼠肝脏组织的损伤及防护。方法在海拔1520m环境设实验组(EG)使用中药抗疲Ⅰ号加入常规饲料中喂养,对照组(CG)常规饲料喂养。EG、CG各40只游泳训练4周后,各选30只3h急进3850m静息1.5h,从中各选10只作为静息对照采集标本,EG、CG各20只游泳至力竭后,1、24h采集标本。结果EG与CG相比,肝脏组织糖原含量差异均有显著性。EG肝组织PAS染色肝小叶内糖原分布均匀,无明显消耗,高倍视野肝细胞索细胞内糖原分布良好;CG肝组织PAS染色淡染,肝小叶周边糖原尚存,小叶中央糖原明显减少,肝细胞内有脂肪变等。结论过度训练、改变运动集训环境或进入高海拔地区作业训练更要特别注重加强劳动和训练防护。本防护模型研究通过食品干预训练大鼠,是一种简便易行的方法。Objective:To study training- caused hepatic tissue damage and the protection by training Wistar mice to make rush entry into plateau in order to observe the hepatic glycogen distribution.Methods:At the altitude of 1520ms,one experimental group(EG)of 40 mice were fed with mixed feed Anti- Fatigue Ⅰ (抗 疲 1号 ),while one control group(CG) of the same number were fed with the routine feed.After both groups were trained to swim for 4 weeks,30 mice in each group were chosen to make rush entry into 3850- meter altitude within 3 hours,then they were allowed to rest for 1.5 hours,and then 10 from 30 mice in each group were chosen as rest group for comparison,and when 20 mice in each group were forced to swim until exhaustion,they were sampled 1 hour later and 24 hours later.Results: Comparison between EG and CG shows a significant difference in hepatic glycogen content.PAS staining of EG hepatic tissue shows an even distribution of hepatic glycgen in hepatic lobule without much consumption and there is also a good distribution in hepatic trabecula cells under powerful microscope.On the contrary,PAS staining of CG hepatic tissue shows a pale red;hepatic glycogen is found on the edge of hepatic lobule but much less in the center and adipopexis is found in hepatic cells.Conclusion:The result hints a slower hepatic glycogen restoration and a poor hepatic metabolism of unprotected mice training model CG,which is related to some unbalanced multi- links of individual inner environment and needs further systematical analysis and study.By observing the distribution of PAS staining of CG hepatic tissue,we find CG's hepatic glycogen storage is inferior to EG's,accompanied by pathological damage,which reveals the mechanism of mice motion ability.It is concluded that much more attention should be paid to the protective laboring and training when intensive training or intensive laboring are performed or undertaken,especially in the sudden changed environment or at altitudes.This protection model,by food intervention in training
