摘 要:对掺复合矿化剂CaF2+CaSO4/BaSO4的低KH(<0.87)高铁水泥及低KH高铝水泥的某些性能进行实验室研究。结果表明,以BaSO4取代CaSO4作矿化剂,低KH高铁水泥的强度高于低KH高铝水泥;当抗压强度超过一定值后,耐磨性能的进一步改善与抗压强度关系不大;矿化剂的掺入量对水泥的性能有很大影响,本文配料方案中,较适宜的掺量为F=0.30%,F/S=0.32.Certain properties of low KH (<0. 87) high ferrite cement and low KH highalumina modulus cement that are mingled with composite mineralizers CaF2, CaSO4 or BaSO4are studied. The experiments result showes that when BaSO4 is mingled instead of CaSO4 ascomposite mineralizer, the strength of low KH high ferrite cement is superior to that of lowKH high alumina modulus cement. It also demonstrates that when compressive strength exceeds certain value, further improvement of wearability is not so relative to compressivestrength. The amount of mineralizer mingled into cement has strong impact on the propertiesof cement. Under the composition in this paper, the proper amount to be mingled is F=0. 30%, F/S= 0.32.
