摘　　要：分析了在网络环境下我国高校图书馆信息资源建设中存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的策略,包括图书馆统一管理、实现院系资料室资源共享,合理配置经费、确保资源的长期发展,更新工作理念、强化共享合作观念,强化服务功能以及充分挖掘网上信息资源等。This paper analyzes on the problems existing in university library＇s information resources construction under the network environment, and puts forward some tactics for solving these problems, which include carrying out the unified management in the library, realizing the resources sharing of the reference rooms at university level and department level, making rational distribution of the funds, guaranteeing the long-term development of the resources, renewing the working concept, strengthening the concepts of sharing and cooperation, strengthening the service function, and digging fully the online information resources, etc.
