摘　　要：探讨了科学技术工作的特点、职位分类和职位设置标准的构成及其如何构建等问题,旨在促进我国科学技术工作职位分类和职位设置标准规范化建设,有效推进科学技术工作职位分类设置工作,切实打造好职务聘任的基础平台。This paper probes into the problems of the features of the sci-tech work, and the standards for determining the position classification and the position establishment, etc. for the purpose of accelerating the determination of the standards of the position classification and establishment in our country, promoting the position classification and establishment of the sci-tech work, and laying conscientiously the fundamental platform for the poison appointing.
