醒脑静注射液辅助治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑静注射液治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法:病毒性脑炎72例病人随机分为:治疗组40例,对照组32例。对照组按病情给予脱水利尿等降颅压、激素、抗炎、抗病毒及营养脑神经等常规治疗;治疗组则在此基础上加用醒脑静注射液20ml加入0.9%生理盐水100ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程15d。结果:经一个疗程治疗后,治疗组治愈率75.0%,对照组34.4%,治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两组疗效比较经Ridit分析,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用醒脑静注射液治疗病毒性脑炎是安全有效的。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Xingnaojing Injection in patients with viral encephalitis. Methods Ninety-two patients were equivalently divided into treatment group（50 cases） and control group（42 cases）. Beside given routine treatment in all patients, the patients in treatment group were given Xingnaojing Zhusheye 20 ml＋ 0.9 % NS 100ml iv drip, bid, for 15 days. Results After one course of treatment, there were significant difference in the cur ative rate （75.0% vs 34.4% P〈0. 01 ） between treatment group and control group, Comparison of effects between treatment group and control group by Ridit analysis was singni ficantly different （P〈0. 01 ）.Conclusion Xingnaojing Zhusheye is an effective and safety medicine in adjuvant treatment viral encephalitis.
