摘 要:纳米材料由于其量子尺寸效应和表面效应,可以有效地提高化学或生物传感器的性能。同时,通过对纳米材料的进一步功能化设计与改造,可以研究开发超高灵敏度、超高选择性的新型传感器件。该文主要就金利通课题组近年来基于纳米材料修饰的化学与生物传感器方面的研究工作进行介绍并对该领域的发展作一展望。Recently, nanomatefial - based chemical sensors and biosensors have attracted considerable attention due to their excellent sensitivity, high selectivity and long - term stability. Due to the quantum size effect and surface effect of nanomaterials, the characteristics of sensors can be improved obviously when the electrodes are modified with nanostructured materials. Moreover, super high sensitivity and excellent selectivity sensing devices could be designed when nanomaterials are modified with functional groups. In this paper, we mainly focus on demonstration the research on nanomaterial modified chemical and biosensors in our group. In addition, the progress on nanosensors are also de- scribed.
