摘  要:同位素示踪技术的一般程序是同位素标记植株、取样、制样和分析。树木光合作用及其产物转化的研究是给植株喂^(14)CO_2,然后取样进行氧化-LSC分析,必要时需进行^(14)C-成分分离-LSC和自显影分析。林分蒸腾速率是探测氚化水(HTO)的踪迹来进行非破坏性地测定。把^(32)P施入土壤后测林冠的^(32)P水平的方法用于研究混交林的种间营养关系。General steps of radiotracer experiment are labeling with radi-oisotopic tracer,sampling,preparation,and detection.Studies on photosyn- thesis and conversion of assimilation are conducted with feeding 14CO2,oxidization-LSC,sometimes separating 14C-fractions-LSC analysis and au-toradiography.Transpiration of stmds in measured nondestructively by means of detecting specific activity of tritiated water (HTO) nearest the injection point of it at the bases of tree.Nutrition of individual species in mixed forest is studied by injecting 32P-solution into forest soil and detecting its activity in crown.
