摘　　要：电子商务是铁路信息化的重要组成部分,通过分析铁路电子商务系统建设的主要内容,阐述了数据挖掘在铁路电子商务中的作用,构建了数据挖掘在客货票信息系统中的应用模型。E-commerce is one of the important components in the informanization of railway. By analyzing the main contents of construction of railway e-commerce system, the authors put forward the application of data mining in the railway e-commerce, establish the model on applying data mining in the information system of railway waybill and ticketing.
