摘 要:对于有、无进料口多孔板分布器两种结构下淤浆床中的流动特性进行了考察。在配料固相质量分数为29%的条件下,实验测定了不同操作条件下反应器内的轴、径向相含率及其分布,轴、径向压强脉动,初步揭示了分布器以及操作条件对局部流动参数的效应。结果表明,多孔板分布器加入后淤浆床内的气含率较高,这种差异在较大表观气速下尤为明显,同时床内的流动变得均匀。The hydrodynamics of slurry bubble columns with and without a perforated plate distributor nave been investigated with a coal solid concentration of 29% (wt) under a continuous operation mode for both liquid and solid. Flow parameters such as phase holdup and pressure fluctuation, as well as their axial and radial distributions were measured at different superficial phase velocities. It is demonstrated that the use of the perforated plate affords a high level of gas holdup, especially at higher superficial gas velocities, and nearly uniform distributions of the solid within the column.
