摘 要:采用气相甄别法和封闭空间挥发减量法研究了多种气相缓蚀剂(VCI)对铜器文物的缓蚀效果,以此为基础,研制出了缓蚀性能优异的复合气相缓蚀剂,其缓蚀率达到94.5%。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了该缓蚀剂吸附在铜器文物上形成的自组装缓蚀膜的形貌,对其缓蚀机理进行了初步探讨。Volatile rust proofing sieve and closed space volatile weight-loss methods were adopted to study the inhibition efficiency of four volatile corrosion inhibitors(VCI). The best VCI were then selected and a composite. VCI was prepared; the inhibition efficiency of the composite was 94.5 %. The results show that the composite VCI exhibits a good protective effect for bronze cultural relics; The formation of a self-assembled monolayer film between the VCI and bronze cultural relics was demonstrated by SEM. The inhibition mechanism of composite VCI was also studied.
