摘　　要：介绍了《图书馆合作与信息资源共享武汉宣言》产生的背景和过程,解读了该宣言的核心精神与提出的行动方向,表明了宣言希望达到的目标。With a brief introduction to the background and the preparing process of The Wuhan Declaration on Library Cooperation and Resources Sharing, the paper exploited the target, role, core value of the Declaration and the suggested direction for action.
