摘 要:针对电弧炉电极调节器性能对电网电压波动的影响进行了仿真研究。利用Matlab/Simulink提供的基本模块库和电力系统专用模块库相结合,搭建交流电弧炉系统的仿真模型。整个仿真模型可分为两部分,即电弧炉主电路和电弧炉电极调节系统,两部分结合构成一个闭环系统。根据电弧炉的工作特点,在仿真时,考虑分别加入两种类型的弧长扰动,即短路扰动和低频正弦扰动。在每种扰动下,通过改变电极调节器的性能参数,研究电网电压的波动。仿真结果表明在电极调节器性能参数设计不合理的情况下,电网电压波动剧烈,在性能参数理想的情况下,电网电压的波动幅值会大大地减小。Some simulations are made on the impact of the performance of electrode regulator of electric arc furnace on the voltage fluctuation of power grids. The simulation model of alternating current arc furnace is built with the use of Fundamental Toolbox and Power System Toolbox of MATLAB/Simulink. The whole simulation model includes two parts. One part is the main circuit of electric arc furnace, and the other part is the electrode regulating system. The two parts combine to form a closed loop system. According to the characteristics of the electric arc furnace in operation activity two kinds of arc length disturbance are involved in simulations. One is short circuit disturbance, and the other is low frequency sine disturbance. Simulations of the voltage fluctuation are made in different disturbance conditions. Besides in the same disturbance conditions the performance parameters of electrode regulator are changed. The simulation results show that the voltage fluctuates acutely in the ill-designed performance parameters condition, and the amplitude of fluctuating voltage greatly decreases in the ideal performance parameters condition.
