摘 要:永磁操动机构具有零部件少,可靠性高,免维护,对真空断路器良好的出力特性等优点。传统的永磁机构分闸速度较低,分闸过程较长,分闸电流较大。基于电磁感应定律,椤次定律和安培定律的应用,在动铁心的分闸端安装两个磁短路环,可以在动铁心启动前大大地削弱合闸永磁保持力。配合好的加工工艺,短路环能够实现自动起动、复位,能够避免误动作。通过数学模型的建立和仿真分析,配有短路环的永磁机构具有更快的分闸速度和更小的分闸电流,达到电路的快速分断和熄弧,以及控制回路简单可靠的目的。高压永磁机构的行程长,传统的永磁机构所需操作电流很大,因此至今没能投入应用,而配用这种短路环后,可以显著降低线圈的始动电流,有望将高压永磁机构投入实际应用。Permanent magnet actuator(PMA) features few parts, high reliability, free maintenance and fine driving characteristics for VCB. However, traditional PMA has low opening speed, long opening period and large exciting current. Two magnetic short circuit rings are coaxially equipped at the opening end of armature to decrease largely the PM holding force beforehand based on the law of electromagnetic induction, lenz law and ampere law. The well-made short circuit rings automatically start and reposition themselves. Through mathematical model and simulation analysis, PMA with short circuit rings is endowed with higher opening speed and smaller exciting current. It is thus easier to rapidly break a circuit and simply control the PMA. High-voltage PMA has a long stroke and needs large operating current so it is today unused. Fortunately, the PMA with short circuit tings is expected to solve the bottle-neck problem because they reduce largely the starting current. Fortunately, the PMA with short circuit rings is expected to be put into use since the starting current is largely reduced.
