城市“走鬼”现象的特征与评析——以广州新港西路为例

摘　　要：通过对广州市新港西路“走鬼”现象的调查,揭示了“走鬼”的群体特征与活动规律及其作为弱势群体的内在本质,并对“走鬼”现象与经济发展、正规市场、准入制度、社会稳定之间的关系进行了分析,建议从完善再次分配制度、发挥第三部门的作用、完善社会保障制度和再就业制度等方面来改变和消除“走鬼”现象。This paper gets their characteristics and activity laws of ＂Street Hawker＂ through the investigation of Xingang West Road of Guangzhou, then analyses its essence that ＂Street Hawkers＂ belong to the group of people who need to help, and the relation between ＂Street Hawker＂ and development, normal market, admittance system, society stabilization. At last the paper draws some points of view, and thinks that there is a close relation between the ＂Street Hawker＂ phenomenon and Redistribution, the Third Sector, Social Security, and re - employment, etc. And from ＂ Street Hawker＂ themselves and the whole society, we should resolve the problem.
