摘  要:ZTM/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的致密化取决于烧结温度、烧结压力和烧结气氛.本文主要研究烧结气氛对ZTM/SiC陶瓷致密化的影响.实验结果表明:该陶瓷不能在空气中实现常压烧结,而在气氛保护下实现了常压烧结致密化;中性或弱还原性气氛可降低该复合陶瓷的烧结温度,提高致密化速率,改善陶瓷材料性能.另外。The densification of ZTM/SiC composite depends on the sintering temperature, sintering pressure and sintering atmosphere. The effect of sintering atmosphere on the densification of ZTM/SiC ceramics is studied in this paper. It has been found that ceramics cannot be densified by pressureless sintering at air atmosphere but can be densified under the protection of atmosphere. It is also undoubtful that neutral or weak reductive atmosphere can decrease the sintering temperature, increase the densifying rate and improve the properties of the composite.
