摘　　要：土地征收侵权责任是指征收权人不法行使征收权侵害征收相对人的土地权益应承担的民事责任。土地征收侵权表现为超出“公共利益”范畴、未遵循法定程序、未给予“合理补偿”和复合型侵权征收四种类型。不同类型的土地征收侵权因责任性质不同,其应承担的责任方式也各异。Tort liability of land expropriation is the liability admitted by the person with expropriation right who illegally uses the right and encroaches on other＇s rights and interests of land. Specifically, it includes four types z the tort generated by broadening ＂public interest＂ in practice, those not complying with legal procedure, not giving ＂just compensation＂ or the compound action of the former three ones. As the nature of different types of tort liability of land expropriation is different, the ways of liability are correspondingly different.
