摘 要:目的探讨流行性乙型脑炎传播蚊媒的防制方法,为指导灭蚊提供科学依据。方法实验室及现场试验研究。结果选用南京野外蚊虫较敏感的高效氯氰菊酯药物,实验室对淡色库蚊药效试验,持效时间达45 d以上;农村对猪圈进行滞留喷洒防制三带喙库蚊,喷药后1 d相关密度指数(RPI)为0.094,密度下降率为90.6%;喷药后28 d RPI为0.472,密度下降率为52.8%,持效期近一个月。结论在农村可采用滞留喷洒方法进行灭蚊,对乙脑传播蚊媒均有较好的防制效果。Objective To study the methods of controlling the mosquito vector of Japanese Encephalitis. Methods Laboratory and field tests. Results The effect of beta - cypermethrin to which the mosquitoes in fields of Nanjing were susceptible to Culex pipiens pallens in laboratory lasted more than 45 days. After the mosquito vector of Japanese Encephalitis was controlled in the hog pens by residual spraying, the Relative Population Index(RPI) was 0. 094 one day after spraying and the reduction ratio of mosquito vector density was 90. 6% and the RPI was 0. 472 after spraying for 28 days. The reduction ratio of mosquito vector density was 52. 8%. The effect in the field lasted almost one month. Conclusion It could be effective to control the mosquito vector of Japanese Encephalitis by residual spraying in the country.
